Our motto is inspired by Jesus Christ, as recounted in Mark 5:41. Jesus' words, spoken to a young girl who had recently died, manifest the truth that those victimized by the evil actions of others are often in need of a call back to life. Words that first restore life back into her body, while at the same time invite her, with affectionate gentleness, to stand up in this newfound strength and embrace the gift of a new life.

"And taking the child by the hand he said to her, 'Talitha koum!' which means, 'Little girl, I say to you arise!'" At once, the young girl returns to life and stands as Jesus commands.
